Delays may occur due to weather, location, or courier issues.

You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

If approved, refunds will be issued within 7 working days to your Paymob account or wallet.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Account & Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of fraud, abuse, or rule violations.

Repeated misuse of the platform may lead to a permanent account ban.
